Telemarketing Agent

Interforce Marketing is constantly looking for excellent telemarketers to join our team. Before you start working in our call center, you will receive intensive training.

In this course, you will have the opportunity to begin discovering the different tools and computer systems within the call center. After that, several training workshops will be offered: automotive, terminology used in dealerships, making appointments, appointment confirmations, oral communication techniques, objections handling, FAQ, etc.

The mission of our appointment-booking specialists is to communicate with dealership customers, offering them an appointment for a special event. Telemarketing is also conducted with potential consumers who are not existing customers of a dealership.
 


Event Manager 

The mission of Event Managers, in a nutshell, is to lead customers and the sales force. They are the dealership orchestra conductors during the event, ensuring that the whole operation is a success in the eyes of visitors, customers, vendors, the sales manager and the owner of the dealership.

All the new Interforce Marketing Event Managers receive training, and access to specific tools and equipments.

Interforce Marketing is specifically searching for Event Managers in the following provinces: Quebec, Ontario, Alberta and British Columbia.

Interforce Marketing is looking for an Event Manager for its existing team. The Event Manager possesses at least 10 years experience in automobile sales, first as a sales person and later as a sales manager.
Interforce Marketing Event Managers are recognized as sales and automotive management professionals, who are experienced, highly motivated, and customer-service oriented. They demonstrate natural leadership and possess excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability.
